Shipment of replacement Pyxis CUBIE pockets:

Standard delivery is typically 3-5 business days. A Purchase Order is required if you request Expedited delivery. You will receive an

email confirmation with instructions for returning the non-working CUBIES.

You will be receiving a pre-paid return shipping label along with your replacement CUBIE's. Affix the return label to the side

of the box and return to BD. If you do not already have your non-working CUBIE's packaged for return, you may use the box

with the recently delivered CUBIES.

	Return Shipment of non-working Pyxis CUBIE pockets:

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we ask that you return any non-working or spare CUBIES to

BD. We recycle or reuse all of our CUBIES and keep them out of our landfills. We would like your

help with our effort to stay green. Please use the return label, which is delivered with your

replacement order, to return CUBIES. If you did not receive a label, you may contact us through the

methods listed below to facilitate your return.

Q. I received SMART FH pockets will they work in my Legacy FH Drawer?
A. The SMART FH CUBIE pockets will work in both Legacy and Smart FH Cubie Drawers.
Q. Will the new SMART HH pockets work in my Legacy HH Drawer?
A. No, they will only work in SMART CUBIE HH Drawers.
Q. Do I have to order the same size CUBIE pocket as the one I am replacing?
A. The CUBIE Pocket Replacement program supports replacement of CUBIE pockets that are not performing properly due to normal wear and tear so please order the same size of CUBIE pocket that you are replacing.
Q. What if I need a different size of CUBIE pocket?
A. To add new pocket sizes to your CUBIE drawer configuration, please contact your local Pyxis®sales representative.
Q. Do I have to pay for replacement CUBIE pockets?
A. CUBIE pockets that are not performing properly are replaced at no charge for customers with a valid BDsupport agreement.
Q. What if I return fewer CUBIE pockets than the number of replacement CUBIE pockets I order?
A. Under our “Go Green” initiative, all CUBIE pockets are recycled. For this reason, we encourage you to return all CUBIE pockets that are not performing properly for replacement pockets.
Q. What is the process for returning CUBIEpockets that are not performing properly due to normal wear and tear?
A. For your convenience, we suggest using the same box the replacement CUBIE pockets are shipped in to return the non-working CUBIE pockets. The box will include a prepaid return shipping label and a form you can use for the CUBIE pockets you are returning so there will be no shipping cost to you.
Q. How long will it take to get replacement CUBIE pockets?
A. A replacement CUBIE pocket order typically ships within two business days after receipt. There are two shipping methods available, ground or overnight. Ground shipment normally takes between 3-5 business days.
Q. Do I have to pay the shipping costs for replacement CUBIE pockets?
A. Shipping via ground is free of charge. Overnight shipments are $25 per order.
